I have to create an outline for my research course. im kinda not understanding

Workplace health and Wellness

1. Healthy environment – safety issues, equipment shields, good practices, hazardous substances. Knowledge of postural dangers

2. Healthy attitudes – employees ‘owning’ the safe workplace and producing safe behaviors; thinking about and improving procedures.

3. Environment producing happy people. Good employer behaviors, rewards for successes, feeling of ‘belonging to family’. Provision of benefits – creche for mothers, health insurances,
