Digestive Enzymes, Nutrition and Your Health

Nutrition by Natalie Information about Digestive Enzymes Digestive Enzymes are enzymes that specifically work in the digestive system to facilitate the digestion, absorption, and transportation of nutrients. They also work to promote timely elimination of digestive waste products that are not of use to the body. Without enzymes, our cells would not get adequate nutrition and we would not survive. Enzymes function as catalysts to enhance and dramatically speed up biochemical reactions that occur in every one of our cells. They are only activated in water, so staying hydrated is very important for enzymes to work effectively. Enzymes must be present to ensure proper digestion of nutrients, energy production, metabolism, transportation of fluid to cells, and elimination of toxins among many other functions. Enzymes exist in foods to help our body’s breakdown what we eat. Raw, uncooked foods are the only foods that contain enzymes. Since the majority of our diets are cooked foods, we significantly limit the enzymes available in our food for digestion, thus putting more stress on our digestive systems. Some supplemental enzymes should be taken with food to enhance digestion and absorption of nutrients, whereas other supplemental enzymes should be taken on an empty stomach to support circulation, decrease inflammation, support our immune systems and combat stress. Imbalances in these factors have been scientifically proven to be associated with or the cause of numerous diseases. you should try taking some probiotics, these little things help with yeast and bacteria infections…something else you would want to try is trying wheatgrass juice is helps deal with toxins in the body and creates an alkaline environment, which bad bacteria and yeast can’t stand.

Enzymes lower activation energy, without enzymes some reactions would take years rather than seconds.
I live on raw seeds, nuts and fruits but excessive h2o can deviate ion concentration. and make you urinate at
3am in the morning. I tried it.

Enzymes lowers the activation energy needed. Without somes reaction would take years rather than seconds.
I live on raw fruits & seeds. Excessive water consumption unbalances ion concentration and makes you urinate at 3am when you want to go to sleep.

it isn’t I did a one year anti candida diet like a lot more who have also seborrheic dermatitis. I went now to one of the best labs there are metametrix and they saw DNA markers of yeast / fungi. but unforunately they said it is a uncommon one they couldn’t name it. They searched as well on candida and all other common fungi / yeasts.. I was marked on +3 on a scale of +4 they said it is really high. also I got a high level of toxins in the blood. if you want I can mail the test..

Fascinating video. Would you consider making one about Electrolytes? I believe they’re a mystery to most people, all we hear is that they’re in energy drinks (one of the worst drinks for you) so we all need to learn what a healthy scource of electrolytes is.

Commerce is a part of everyday living – you must be tired of everything then as every single building you enter has done some type of advertising to get you to buy/use their product or service. All raw foods inherently contain enzymes, so all your leafy vegetables, podded vegetables, seaweed vegetables, root/tuber vegetables and fruits.

The book “Fear Cancer No More” by Mauris L. Emeka (awesome book by the way) discusses foods that are full of enzymes, which in turn help out our overworked pancraes (that tries to make extra enzymes because of all the cooked foods and animal products we eat). Enzyme rich foods: raw fruits and vegatables, sprouted seeds (like broccoli sprouts), pineapples, papayas, onions, garlic, mustard, chilies, lima beans, black-eyed peas, apples, pears, dark green leafy vegatables.

Juicing raw veg, and making it taste better with some fruit juice is my favourite way to get all my enzymes, but I also take a supplement to be extra sure……..
